1- Scope of application

In accordance with article L-441-6 of the Commercial Code, these general conditions of sale constitute the sole basis of the commercial relationship between the parties. Their purpose is to define the conditions under which the seller supplies buyers with their products.

They also make it possible to define the conditions under which the seller offers the delivery service. Any order for products implies acceptance by the buyer of the General Conditions of Sale of the seller's website for orders via the seller's website.

2- Orders

2-1 Order conditions

Orders are placed by buyers with the seller via a website.
Orders must be confirmed and sent by email address by the seller.

2-2 Minimum amount

No order for an amount less than 20.00 euros will be accepted by the seller.

3- Prices

Prices are firm and non-revisable throughout the validity period indicated by the seller. Deliveries and returns in order to carry out a product exchange are the responsibility of the buyer in the amount of 2 euros

 

4- Discounts and rebates

The seller does not grant buyers any discounts or rebates, regardless of the quantity and regularity of orders. Except free delivery for an order over 100 euros. Except sales period to sell old collection + unsold items.

5- Payment terms

For any order, the buyer will pay the price of the products as well as delivery by credit card via the site, or cash upon receipt of the order.

6- Right of withdrawal

No refund possible

7- Delivery

The products are delivered to your home within 48 hours from the order confirmation sent to the buyer by the seller by email address.
 

Delivery days: Monday - Wednesday Friday

No delivery on weekends and public holidays

8- Returns

Returns of products by the buyer must be the subject of a formal agreement with the seller and any product returned to the seller without his agreement would not give rise to any credit.

Exchange costs are the responsibility of the buyer in the amount of 4 euros - amount to be defined later.

 

No returns will be accepted after a period of 2 days following the delivery date.
The products must be returned to the seller in the condition in which they were delivered.
Any return and recovery accepted by the seller results in the granting of a credit for the benefit of the buyer, after verification of the quality and quantity of the products.

The delivery time for an exchange is 5 to 7 days from the moment the customer contacts us for the exchange

9- Packaging

Packaging bearing the seller's brand may only be used for
products of the brand concerned and in no case for products which are not its own.
