If you receive a package whose size does not suit you, or you choose to change the model, please contact us at the email address below, within 48 hours of delivery, with the new and labeled product, in providing details of the product and the defect, as well as the desired new product and its size.

 

Then we will take care of collecting the package and exchanging it for another product of your choice of the same amount (or a higher amount by adding the difference in cash only at the time of the exchange) within 3 months. from receipt of the return of the product. Our store takes care to check each of its products before sending them, so Da Té may refuse an exchange if the product is defective, worn, or without a label.

 

When we receive the returned product, we will examine it and we will notify you by email, within 48 hours of receipt of the returned product, whether you are entitled to an exchange or not due to the return. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, in the amount of 4 euros (for delivery less than or more than 100 euros) invoiced and paid in cash at the time of the exchange.
